What are my shipping method choices?
Infinity Micro currently offers the following shipping methods:
• Saturday Delivery- Before noon
• Priority Overnight- One business day before 10am
• Standard Overnight- One business day
• Two Day Air - Two business days
• Three to Five Day- Three to Five business days
• Ground Service- Approximately 5-7 business days
• APO/FPO Military - US Priority Mail (Restricted to Military Addresses
only)
• Will Call/Pickup - Come to our location in Southern California
and pick up
The above delivery methods do not include processing time or delivery
on weekends and holidays.
For all shipping methods excluding Military and Will Call, we utilize
Federal Express and UPS based on availability, so that we can ensure the
quickest possible processing. Therefore, we are unable to specify which
carrier your order will be shipped through, until your order has actually
shipped.

How do I check shipping charges?
It's easy! Just visit our product catalog, and click "BUY NOW!"
on the item(s) you are interested in purchasing. Then, click "shipping
calculator" to determine the applicable charges. You will be prompted
for your desired shipping method, state, and zip code. There is no need
to enter any personal or credit card information!

Do you ship internationally?

Do you ship APO/FPO?
Absolutely! We gladly ship to the men and women serving in the armed forces
with an APO or FPO address. Charges may differ in which case you will
be contacted.

When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged prior to shipping your order and only
for items being shipped.

How long will it take before it ships?
We do request one business day for all items that are in stock. It is
possible that your order may ship the same day, if it is received before
12:00p.m. Pacific Standard Time. However, it is not guaranteed. Infinity
Micro will do it's very best to ensure the quickest possible processing
of every order. You may experience delays if there are any problems with
the processing or verification of your billing address and billing phone
number or if your credit card company does not have your shipping information
on file and you did not call them to ask them to put it on file or if
the credit card information given to us is incorrect.
Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or observed
holidays.
