To return a product at Infinity Micro, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. We encourage you to first contact the manufacturer directly to expedite the return.

The following information is needed to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Account number
And/or
- Infinity-Order Confirmation number.
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

All Sales Are Final, Infinity Micro accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 7 days With a 14% Restocking fee. Original shipping and handeling charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on items returned to Infinity Micro.

Returns within 7 days from the invoice date may be accepted for repair or replacement at Infinity Micro's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. Click here to view the complete Return Policy.
